Tours (Grade 5 and Up)

Learn about the different materials and organisms that are found in raw water and how it is treated to become fit to drink.

On this 90-minute tour, you will follow the steps through the treatment plant.

This visit is especially recommended for 5th grade students in conjunction with a classroom curriculum.

This is also a great tour for middle, high school, and college level students in chemistry, ecology or public health, and can be adapted to meet specific curriculum needs.
